I fought foreclosure twice and won, but i couldn't do it this time. The first two times it was the banks fault, but the original mortgage was with Countrywide and they went bankrupt. Even though it was taken over by B of A, they were able to make it look in court like it continued to be owned by Countrywide, so what damages i was awarded were never given to me..... oh well, I don't want to go there.
We are moving. Don't know where, but I have no choice.
